New Anime Releases - 22/11/2015

Just for the record, when I watched it for review I had no issues on the release side. It had some banding, but that was about it.
 
Not a priority purchase, might buy it if I see it for a silly knock-down price (which seems unlikely as it's currently out of stock on Amazon)

That doesn't excuse it being DVD only and/or a Kaze release though ;)
Even if this was on BD and not via Kaze I'd still most likely skip the show since it's apparently... to put it kindly, not very good.

I found Coppelion to be one of those series that is kind of entertaining because of how bad it is, so I am interested in buying it but it's a low priority.
