I intend to buy Slayers. Does anyone know how it stacks up against the Region 1 version form Funimation? As far as I know the only difference is that Funimations is remastered. Correct?

Look at madman's austrailian version it will be whatever that is.

Having Rozen Maiden in 2 parts is slightly odd. You get the english version credits where the old 4 ep Geneon version would have ended (rather than at the end of the disk). Besides Hollier's name being wrong, and not trying to translate the extra desu~s; not spotted anything too glearing with the sub.
