New Anime Releases 02/08/2013

It sucks that there won't be any collector's editions for the Berserk movies and it's going to look really oddly placed on my shelf if I continue getting basic Blu-ray versions for Doldrey and Descent. I might just start over and buy Egg of the King on its own just to support Berserk.

Ef, A Tale of Memories has already been released - don't you mean Ef - A Tale of Melodies? (The title is also dated for August)

I'll be getting Melodies soon, i'm not sure about the Fairy Tail releases - it doesn't help that I have part 1 and part 2 seems to be going out of stock so may have to switch to the Collections instead.

Fairy Tail in the post.

Will be picking up Tiger & Bunny once I get the third part.

Berserk movies at some point, no rush though.

I agree with you. Really disappointing.

Berserk & T&B for me.

Finally received the last tiger and bunny volume, and marathoned the entire, show, loved it, had to delay some stuff so should be getting the second collection of fairy tail as well as clannad after story sometime late september, early october, september just happens to be a big month for releases.

Berserk - Battle Of Doldrey is on Sony Movies Sky Channel 323 on the 10th September at 12.55a.m.

So far they shown the 4 Bleach movies and now it looks like they going to show all three Berserk movies.

Except the third Berserk movie has yet to be released in English territories, on the other-hand it would be cool if Sony would manage a TV premiere of the subbed version uncut (It's post-watershed so no cuts) outside Japan.

But still, I have yet to figure out how Sony manage to get the rights to these films with Kaze UK (who own the licenses under Viz Media Europe) being under the cave for so long, not responding to the fans and not even notifying Manga Entertainment UK about the late night anime which could have added some more promotion to get more viewers. Well, at least Sony is continuing the trend.
