Admittedly there are still a handful of October releases to come tomorrow, but with November so close it's time to cast your votes on your most anticipated release of the new month (including, as always, a few titles delayed from last month).

Ironically, despite topping last month's poll, the first volume of Wolf's Rain is now set for a November release (and if we're lucky, volumes 2-3 won't be far behind). This month also sees the start of Ikki Tousen (aka Battle Vixens), complete with a limited edition artbox edition (comes with vol 1 of the manga).

On the continuing series roster, we have the next volumes of Planetes, S-CRY-Ed, Samurai Champloo, Robotech, Chrono Crusade and Get Backers, whilst Aquarian Age, Mezzo DSA, GITS: SAC and Gad Guard will all be reaching their final instalments. And the OVA, movie, boxsets and general 'other' category is no less well represented, with the Love Hina Xmas Special, Tenchi boxset, Bebop collections, GITS: SAC 1st Gig boxset, GITS: SAC Official Log 1 and Sky Blue all set for November release.

Although it isn't my favourite among those listed, I'll be voting for Chrono Crusade #5, as it's the only one I'll definitely be purchasing...although I'll no doubt pick up the GIT: SAC and Bebop sets in time.

It's tough to choose between SAC #7 and Wolf's Rain, but in the end I went for Stand Alone Complex. Having seen the first episode on this final volume, it has so far been brilliant.

i was torn between voting for Bebop Collections and Samurai Champloo vol2, but Bebop got my vote...both i can't wait for so i may as well go order them ASAP

SAC Boxset, its the only one I'll be getting this month, and its an exception at the moment. I've got such a backlog of anime to watch (both fansubs and dvd's) that I've lessened my spending until I'm clear.

I'll definitely put some cash aside for Wolf's Rain (especially since I don't have Sky so can't see it on Rapture, worse luck) but six out of seven of the GitS: SAC 1st gig for such a low price is a real winner.

Wolf's Rain becuse, as the whole world knows, tis my favvie anime! Ill prob get GIS cos i don't actually have it yet (oops) and Ikki Tousen manga is coolies so ill get ikki tousen anime too!

I was torn between Ghost in the Shell and Bebop, but I went with Bebop because I was really worried about having to shell out another £60 just to get the last three volumes. Now my worry has been cut in half - literally. I'll probably be able to wait a little while for GITS, maybe a month or so...
