Rosencrantz
Dragon Knight
BanzaiJedi said:Well, I did watch F/SN after things like FMA Brotherhood, so I suppose it was always going to struggle with me. If you guys think it's worth a look then I'll definitely give it a try on Crunchyroll at some point. I still remember the key points of the plot from F/SN, so I think I have a general idea what F/Z will be about. Maybe then I can work out why so many people are obsessed with Saber
I do remember seeing bits of F/Z in various AMVs, and it does look like an anime worthy of nothing less than BluRay, so thumbs up to MVM for that :thumb:
Having watched the 1st half so far, Zero is going quite nicely, there's certainly nods to story facts that we know about from F/SN but otherwise it's its own thing. It definitely benefits from being able to jump between characters compared to F/SN being largely limited to the main character as in the visual novel.
I'd say the love for Saber and also Rin probably come from those that have played the visual novel. Saber's been pretty badass so far in Zero but we've yet to see other aspect of her personality that are cover in the VN. (bearing in mind as I say I've only watched half of Zero)
