It depends on the target audience of something they own as to whether they would tone it down. I could see any marvel cartoons being at risk so Disney could show them on their kiddy channels.

Doesn't Disney own Jetix and therefore already show Marvel cartoons though?

True, but they had more seriouse under tones than any Disney series. Plus, there was a hella lot more seriouse violence.

I'm obviously going to defend the Marvel having grown up with them. Marvel FTW. ^^

I don't think Disney will try to control marvel's output, it wouldn't be worth it in the long run for them considering the fan base. All this means is that Disney would get a bit of Marvel's profit and Marvel could spend some of Disney's money in for their live action adaptions. In fact Disney may request some live action shows for their other network that i forget the name of, i think its ABC
