If she is depicted as being about 15 it wouldn't necessarily be breach of the bbfc's policy on "teen" porn even if the scene wasn't judged by the bbfc to be artistically justified.

Why are there strict guidelines for R18? It's freaking porn! As long as everyone in it's over 18, what's the harm?

Seriously, you can see worse stuff on the internet. And there's less of an age restriction. Any 12 year old is capable of putting their age as 1st January 1901.

There are many people in the 40-50+ age bracket who believe pornography is "immoral" that is should be banned. This was the view that throughout much of the 20th century was held by the majority of the population. In the 70's and 80s things started to change and now most people have accepted porn is ok. But there are still plenty of people in the older age groups especially who think it should be banned.
