The British Museum is running a free exhibition of manga by Professor Munakato creator Yukinobu Hoshino which will run until the 8th of April 2012.
Yukinobu Hoshino is the creator of 2001 Nights and Professor Munakata who was at the centre of a unique collaboration with the British Museum which saw the scholar of folklore investigating the mystery of the missing Stonehenge megaliths and the threats to the British Museum's treasured holdings.

The exhibition consists of items lent by Hoshino including two of his fude brush pens, sketches and original drawings from Hoshino's strip Professor Munakata's British Museum Adventure which will be published as a book in English by the British Museum Press. With this exhibition you can see the development of the manga and the tools involved.
To celebrate the English language publication of the manga, The British Museum will host a launch event on Friday 25th of November that includes a discussion with Nicole Rousmaniere of the British Museum who discusses the creation of the manga and places it in the larger context of the medium. This discussion will be introduced by Paul Gravett, Director of Comica Festival and editor of 1001 Comics You Must Read Before You Die.
