Yes it’s a very well presented box set. I finished watching the series last night and I was just slightly disappointed by what I thought was a very tidy ending. It was just a bit too tidy, although not unexpected. But a great series none the less.

Have you seen the Haruhi collector’s box yet? Now that looks like serious competition for best ever box set.

Back on topic… I’ve got to watch the directors cut of the final episode yet but I don’t suppose it’ll be so different as to have a darker ending.
 
Oh...My. I seriously want that Haruhi box set, where can i get it. Tell me NOW! wonder if the dvd has english subs.

Best box set for me will always be the Tenchi 10 year anniversary box set. Just kicked so much ass but its too rare :(

You can order it from UP1 for about £30. (This is only volume 1 of 4) Yes it does have english subs and a dub too. Check this for the details of what you get on the discs. http://asosbrigade.com/oplet01/ (If you can make head nor tail of it?)
 
To (sort of) get this thread back on track after my earlier derailment, I was puzzled last night as to whether Kuga Natsuki is actually a lesbian or not? At first, Natsuki was upset about Shizuru’s sneaky advances and declaration of love but later declares her own love for Shizuru at the finale of their battle. But in the happy ever after scenes at the end she seems a bit vexed again when Shizuru grabs her in an embrace.

tbf i think they tried to keep to the manga at first on that part then just messed it up. But yes she is ment to be into Yuri Mai-Otome shows this relationship alot more than mai-hime but you need to remember in the manga *manga spoiler* Mai nand Natsuki are both fighting over Tate

I was wondering about the English release of 5 and 6 because this site says 26/03 and Play says they come out in June so I'm confussed. :?
 
Well that's quite annoying. It doesn't matter right now because for some odd reason the 4th DVD been out of stock on Play for about a month.
