There are a boatload of movies, OVAs and TV specials, so I suggest you to give a look at wikipedia to get the correct order.
But since I'm stubborn, I'll insist suggesting you to leave the movies/OVAs/specials aside and go for the first series (green jacket).

I'd been assuming Episode 0 was an OAV, but apparently it's actually one of the TV specials.

As for the voice cast change on Fuma, I didn't think it really affected the film. It would have been nice to have the original crew, I thought but the other cast they brought in were perfectly fine.
