Looking For: Clannad Limited Edition Volume 5

Hi,
I'm on the look out for the Limited Edition version of Volume 5 Clannad (Not after story), which is the one with the music box. I live in the UK but my two usually sources don't have it and I wondered if anyone had any suggestions about where I could get hold of it. Thanks.
