The eight episode live-action TV adaptation of CLAMP’s manga/anime xxxHOLiC is about to air on the television station WOWOW who have released a trailer for the show.
Synopsis
Yūk�Ichihara is a witch who grants people their wishes. In return for the wishes, people must give up something important. Kimihiro Watanuki is a high school boy who can see Ayakashi (spirits) and when Yūko�romises to get rid of the spirits he decides to work in the shop helping her grant other people’s w�es.
The TV show stars Anne Watanabe who was in the recent live-action adaptation of the manga Ninja Kids!!! and Shota Sometani who was in the recent live-action adaptation of the manga Himizu as well as being one of the voices in The Wolf Children.
