The BD+DVD standard edition is only £14.99 pretty much anywhere you care to look.
Patema Inverted is one of my favourite films of all time, and Izamura is one of my favourite villains of all time. He's just so... deliciously evil.
This isn't really the place, but £15 doesn't ring through as cheap to me. I know I'm alone in this viewpoint, but anime films are really, really expensive for what the releases actually have.
