The animation is very fluid, Unlike a lot of Anime's which i enjoyed. Samuel Jackson's VO was quite good even though he is a man of few words.
Be one of the greatest Anime's ever if he said, something along the lines of "Get these mother******* Ninjas outta my mother******* way"

I would like to see how it rated. If rated around the 50,000 mark that would be excellent and I reckon giving us a good chance of seeing more anime. Bravo have'nt ruled out more anime if Afro Samurai is succesful.
It was good to see an major American channel take a chance on anime such as Afro Samurai I've been told it rated well in the nielsen ratings chart in America so I wonder if Spike will make or co-produce more anime.

I'd like to see more anime on adult swim here, the only problem is what kind of anime would I like to see.
See if Afro Samurai does well in the ratings it's doubtful Bravo won't look to get more anime (an ADV employee said they where in negotiations with Bravo over anime but it broke down so they have been looking at anime).
However given that Afro Samurai is a mature violent anime series it's more likely Bravo will play it safe with horror/action anime. So I would'nt expect to see US adult swim anime shows such as Bleach, FMA or Inuyasha only shows Bravo might show from it are Samurai Champloo, Paranoia Agent and Blood+.
I know this would be my opinion here but I would like adult swim UK to show one or maybe two series at a time perferbly one. I know a lot of you won't agree with me but if there was solely action block I believe that would be detrimental to the anime industry in the UK. In the US the comedy nights score almost 3 times the audience than the action/anime block which has lead to rumours that adult swim US may cut the anime on the US version. However if anime was in a varied block I believe it could help attract larger audiences to anime and not scare them away from trying something new.
