I make that roughly 200 years 😉 The Shogun looks quite young in the film, he was born in 1358, so in his 20s by the 200th anniversary of the war, which seems right.
I'm not sure where you got the plot blurb from, but I noticed Wikipedia was wrong as well when I was looking up the events after watching the film last night.

The Ghibliotheque Podcast has an interview with Masaki Yuasa which has a question or 2 about the film.
