A publicity announcement concerning the production of a new IDOLM@STER movie was made last weekend at the IDOLM@STER Music Festiv@l.
The Idolm@ster games are based on Namco’s talent agent simulation games which have become huge successes with many sequels and spin-offs. Quite a few AUKN forumites play the game. In terms of anime there are two television series and several OVA as well as a web anime.
Animation studio A-1 Pictures and its staff who produced last year’s Idolm@ster anime are reuniniting to make this new feature film.
