DAYUM! when that mexican won that football game match...you can just see the madness on screen lol.
it is a rather odd thing though......people have been trying to make gaming a sport for quite some years now and i doubt it will last long...
i wish i could go to one of these.....and...win.....and get the prize money.......lol
 
I've been to gamesville....was a program where 2 main gamers battled it out on various consoles while everyone else reviewed the other games. I reviewed Driver 3 or DRIV3R as its titled on the box....

There was a weirdo guy called the games guru who on the show wore a monks robes and would answer questions and give cheats and tips.....i saw him walking around eating a big mac in jeans and a tshirt lol was funny at the time....these random games shows still do exist!!! you must find them!!

I remember that i even applied to go on at the time but then it got canceled.
 
Yeah it was a shame, because i had the presenters mobile numbers as they said "come back anytime" after i spent most of the day giving them tips on mgs1. and joking around...they bought me macdonalds ^_^

You were on Gamesville :eek: I miss a lot of the older gaming shows like Gamesmaster, Bad Influnce or the games world one that was on sky where people who failed the challanges were thrown down a slide.

I remember that Games Guru dude! He was on a tv show on a gaming program on sky. I don't think its on anymore, but it was quite funny :p.

Yeah he's been on a few other shows doing reviews and the show was cancelled 6 months after i was on it. have pictures of me posing with the life size solid snake manakin :p dunno where tho :(
