How much is Inception like Paprika?

Transformers may not be a great film but I have seen plenty of films worse - Spiderman 3, X-Men 3 and X-Men Origins: Wolverine were bad. Dragonball Evolution was even worse - saw that on Sky Movies Premier so it didn't cost me a movie ticket but it did seem like a waste of my time.

Going back a few years I have also seen the live action Spawn movie and the remake on The Island of Dr Moreau (had some good ideas there but as a film it was very bad).

While I have yet to seen Inception I will say that not all of the reviews I have seen are glowing recommendations - The Daily Telegraph gave it 3/5 which is not really a glowing recommendation.
 
Inception was awesome and nothing like Paprika aside from the dream sharing idea. That's literally it as far as I can see.
