How can I purchase the first Japanese pokemon movie?

I did a bit of research online and found out there had been a Japanese DVD release of the first Pokemon movie apparently called the "Complete Edition" and it appears to be in widescreen and contain both the English and Japanese versions.

I've tried searching for places to buy it online but I've had no luck so I'm wondering if anyone here knows how I could find a copy.
 
Oh ok, so I guess there's no way to find it used? Also is there even a way to watch it with more accurate subtitles, perhaps online? (PM me if we're not allowed to discuss it here)
 
Looking into it, the DVD you're asking for has been out of print since 31st March 2012. I've checked all the usual sites and they all say the same thing. I know some people in Japan who are pretty clued up about Pokémon home video releases, I can ask them if you want?

(And yeah, talking about illegally watching is a no-no =3).
