hi there,

i'd thought i'd join an anime forum as i'm starting to really get into anime.

on a similar note, can any one recommend any good animes to start watching? i've watched Evangelion (original series and original movies), appleseed, akira, ghost in the shell, FMA:B, Dangaioh, escaflowne, and several others of which their names i've forgotten.

Have you seen the Ghost in the Shell movies or series? Or both?
 
i've seen some of SAC and i'm not too sure about it and i've not seen the movies. the most last anime i saw was Evangelion (i did an Evangelion marathon so the series and the original movies) which in my opinion is one of the most deep, disturbing, beautiful, worst, but above all most interesting animes i've seen thus far.

SAC before the movies... I am utterly shocked, but it can't be helped at times. :p

Maybe you'd like Gurren Laggan - Mecha anime with interesting story and lots of flashy colours. Quite fun to watch too. :)
