Help with switch

I need help with my Nintendo Switch. I turned it on but I just get a black screen but when I hold the home button down I get the following

It was working fine the other day and I put it into sleep mode like always. It's always been in the cradle.

I really don't know why it's doing this.

I just held the off switch for about 15 seconds to turn the switch off completely and then turned it back on.
