yep chaz is 21 today, we went to Sakura's last night for a meal (japanese resteraunt) must say it was alot of fun.

I'll let him tell you what happened and upload some photo's later. But happy 21st

Thx everyone! :D Yep, last time to be spoilt before the really special occasions come (like 50th b-day).

As mentioned before, my family and my dad's girlfriend's family went to Sakura for a meal. It would be my 2nd time at this kind of place, but I wanted to try it again and share with the group.

The place itself looks very much what I'd imagine as a neo-Japanese style theme. As you go in, you are seated near some small tables, just so you have a drink while the area is cleared. Then, you're called up to these large "U-shaped" tables, with metal hotplates on it's inside edge. I sat on the chair with "21" balloons sticking out like sore thumbs. :D
The chef comes out and does numerous displays of theatrical cooking. While that happens, you are WELL looked after by the waitresses. They even put bibs on you (which was funny and actually comfortable to be seen in).

And since it was my party, they did numerous events for me. The first one was me getting involved with the cooking show. The cook wanted me, and demonstrated, to flip an egg with a spatula... into a chef's hat onto my head. Unfortunately for my dad, he ended up having 2 directly fired at him. But the 3rd was a charm, as the egg's contents poured off my head and onto my shirt. Instant natural Hair gell!
The other was at the end where they got the cake bought by dad's gf, and everyone sung Happy Birthday.

All in all, a great a memorable night for me. Great food and great entertainment. :)

I'm currently having a great 21st today, relaxing and getting a watch, bracelet, new speakers, mug, glass and a couple of eastern art books. They wont even let me help with washing up dishes! Ah well.

Thanks again everyone! Sorry about the long post.
