Half-Life 2 Episode 1 > You

If I have to be honest, I agree with Kupo...

XBox by the way, is the WORST console all around, with the WORST support of all...

Gizmondo? :D

Uh?

Your response just proved Capuchin's point.

Although to be fair it was a portable, I'm not sure whether that counts here.

Still that Gizmondo haven't Micro$oft as backup, that press for converting PC Based titles for XBox and deny the option to release patches... (Example Knights of the Old Republic II upon all...)

I'm torn about this game, episode 1 I mean, I love Half Life 2 and I do want to buy Episode one but there er a few things I hate, the main one being STEAM/VALVE really hate that whenever I just wanna play the game it goes and looks for updates first and then spends ages downloaeding.... I just wanna play my game NOT have it updated dammit......... but I'll probably buy episode one when I re-complete Half Life 2 again as I relly do like the game

I've never really seen the problem with Steam really. If you don't want a game to update, you can set it to not update (though outside of offline mode you cannot play any game that isn't fully updated). Updates for the Single Player games are very small unless they've been out a couple of years or something, in which case you only need update once and you'll probably never be waiting in line again. Even if you leave the games updating, so long as the one you want to play has been updated (it'll pause the rest)

Anyone seen the updated Episode Two trailer? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKcQCG_j ... sode%20two (Big Spoilers for anyone who hasn't played Ep 1, obviously) which kinds of awesome isn't it?
