Ah! I've not seen any Angelic Layer yet, but I've got myself volumes 1, 3 and 4, and I'm waiting for 2 to arrive, Play are doing 6 cheap so it's just a matter of finding 5. I think I'll have a marathon.

Currently rewatching Magic Knight Rayearth. If you haven't seen it, you should. I think it's one of the best Clamp anime ever!
I'm also looking forward to Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles (starts airing in Japan next month ).

Is the 3 part anime released by Manga the same? I was never sure if there were seperate OVAs and a series.

The 3 ep. OVA is just called Rayearth! The TV series is 54 or 55 episodes which span 2 interlinked story arcs. The only complaint I have about the TV series is Mage Clef looks about 17/18 in the OVA but he looks about 10 in the series (I think he's actually supposed to be over 900 years old :shock: ).

Rayearth manga is lovely! Truly beautiful artwork
