Grand International Cosplay Ball will be an Enchanted Forest

An Enchanted Forest is this years theme at the Grand International Cosplay Ball which will be taking place at the Clapham Grand in&nbsp;London on November 29th. Famous cosplayer Yaya Han will be there along with DJs, bands and&nbsp;circus performers. There will also be a &ldquo;Hime&rdquo; style lolita&nbsp;fashion show and a Hansel and Gretal style photography area. Tickets go on sale on the official website <a href="http://www.grandcosplayball.com">http://www.grandcosplayball.com</a>&nbsp;from&nbsp;3 August and cost &pound;18 each. For those who can't wait until then, there is also a special launch party on 1 August at The Fly on New Oxford Street where a number of London based J-Pop acts such as The Tenorions, Natcuu and Sonic Dragalo will be performing live sets.
 
Is Clapham enchanted now? I can't say I know that area too well.
Regardless, a cosplay ball isn't the sort of thing for me. The fact it is being billed as a ball suggests it's far too formal for a ragamuffin such as myself.
 
Although i'm not a fan of cosplay and have zero intention of attending, i'm glad that we're getting an over 18 event such as this in London.

I'm fed up of these London Expo shows that want to please everyone with their mix of sci-fi, videogames, anime and cosplay.

Clapham though....really?

Great place, but one soon finds one's wallet firmly disagreeing. You can get by on a tight budget, but one must abstain from events like this to compensate.
