Gits: Stand Alone Complex - Solid State Society OVA

We finally have a release date thats all I care about I can wait out the month difference so long as I know that July/August time I will finally be able to get my hands on this 'film'

I loved the GITS series, the animation, music and story never managed to disappoint me and I hope the film with achieve this in the same way.

I have to admit I am tempted to place my pre-order now, but part of me knows that if I do it'll probably appear cheaper on amazon, or worse there will be a limited edition version released that I'll also want to get my hands on
 
Oh joy, a release date, finally after all the anquish and waiting, now all I need to do is buy GitS:2nd GIG and all will be well. Player from SSS is an awesome song.
 
I'm slowly but surely working my way through the Second Gig and it's very good indeed. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's my all-time favourite series but so far the SAC has built up a sort of guarantee of consistent quality - I'm confident that SSS will meet the same satisfyingly high level.

I love that song as well. :)

I love the first and second gigs and am really looking forward to this.
Lets just hope a 3rd gig is on the way.
I dont care how long it takes as long as i know it will happen.
