Yes sir they are.

I've talked with the seller: He's selling them because he got a shitload of ADV DVDs when someone went bankrupt - the previous owner couldn't pay with money and had to give his stock instead. He's as legit as they come - myself and others have dealt with him without issue, and he even throws in 1 or 2 free ADV DVDs.

Nadesico? Its fully title is Martian Sucessor Nadesico and its sort of a comedic mecha anime from what i've been told, still haven't seen it myself. Did you get the disk by mistake or was it a freebie sort of deal?
