Woohoo I got a letter published in this months (November 2007) issue of Gamesmaster Magazine.

I was happily reading through the mag, passing time at work when I started to read a letter in the 'We Love Games' section when it began to feel really familiar and then I saw the name at the bottom of the page, my name. I had to tell someone and seeing as I'm too cheap to text my mates I decided to tell you all.

Only downside is that I didn't get anything for having the email I sent them published as it wasn't used as this months Star Letter but I am happy all the same :D
 
Congrats! I got Star Letter in GamesTM Retro, and Rant of the Week in Kerrang. Though GamesTM never sent me my prize.
 
I got a letter published in Edge, once! It was about the reaction to Link being voted a gay pin-up.

Well done, McIcy - but I'm afraid I don't really like GM all that much. I used to read it for aaages, then I realised it's pretty much the tabloid of UK games journalism. What was your letter about, anyway?
 
My letter was just random stuff about how I had spent ages kitting out my desk at work to use my PS2 with my work monitor, so i can play all my games rather than do any actual work here
 
I've had letters in Power Slam (wrestling magazine...three times!), Metal Hammer...and about 10 years ago, Power Rangers magazine!

Also the monthly comic releases of both Dragon Ball and DBZ...yay!

...oh yeah, and I got into the Correction Corner in NGC for correcting something about tanukis... >_>

Hey -- I remember reading that! :lol:

I got a letter printed in NGC Magazine; the response was cruel and spectacular. I deserved the mauling, mind. :roll:

That was you! :lol: congrats McIcy for the letter getting published, i've never really tried to write in to the mags that i read (Offical Sega Saturn Magazine, Gamesmaster, Edge) i could never think of what to write about

I had a poem/rap/thing published in Total! maganize 11 years ago, the best Nintendo magazine second only to SuperPlay. I wrote it in an after-school detention.
 
I got a letter published once in...NGC magazine I think it was, the unofficial Nintendo mag. My mate had like 3 star letters there in the space of a year and a ton of high scores in the records section.
 
Hey cool stuff to those who got their letters/e-mails published - I never have written into any games magazines just because I either havent had anything to report/or just because I've never had the time! but if i did get published it would be in Ngamer
