Funimation to stream One Piece

Everything on Funimation's Web Portal is accessible from the UK, they don't block anything from us.

What I had read was that the One Piece eps would be hosted by Funimation, but streamed through the US One Piece website, which is blocked to us. That's why I'm so surprised that they put them on their own portal as well.

As for One Piece in the UK, Manga would be the logical people to ask.

More likely that some admin forgot to block UK.
Though that'd be the sensible assumption to make, I've noticed Bupa adverts streaming before some shows on their site. Since I don't believe such a company have much of a presence in North America, Funi could well be deliberately providing this to us with the support of a UK advertiser, albeit on the quiet.

At least that's what I want to believe.

One assumes that Funi actually somehow benefit from it, otherwise they wouldn't do it, surely?

As for Pirates vs Ninjas... they would all get owned so hard by Goku. ^_^

/loves playground arguments about these sorts of things

Yeah, but, but, but, Yagami Light would write his name in the death note.

I just think it's random that the One Piece games are still being released here, when it was hardly on TV for any time, and there's no DVDs. The manga must sell super-well, or Bandai just pins its hopes on the hardcore fans... =/

Oh Lord, Unlimited Cruise is being released here - Both episodes! Odd that Unlimited Adventure didn't get here, but this is awesome! Never would have thought to look if you hadn't mentioned that.

Not sure whether to order as soon as possible or see if I can try to grab it on the day of release in store. I bet it won't be out for long.

I wonder if games are the same as DVD's and are released in a country basis. Or else, I believe they target the whole europe. I would not be surprise if many games are only released in english.
