FUNimation license Baccano

Yesterday FUNi announced they have the license for Baccano.

You can watch the first episode for free (JP audio/Eng subs) if you type in the name of the train (Flying Pussyfoot).


This is easily the best license of the year for me. I absolutely can't wait to see it released!

Never did watch it subbed, might pick up on DVD when it gets released over here in the UK when I'm twenty one.

Good news, that. I've had this on my 'to watch' list for a while now so I'll look forward to collecting it on DVD.

I absolutely can't wait to see it released!

Knowing Funimation, you'll have a very long wait ahead. I'd predict (without exaggeration) a release late Summer, or even Autumn (+Winter) 2009.

Funimation's last June/July 2007 licenses still don't have release dates yet but at tentative for the end of the year/early 2009.
