The Cat Returns is on Film4 on 20th October, 14.45, subtitled, and on again on 23rd October, 02.25, subtitled.

Not sure if this strictly counts, but the Korean animated film "The King of Pigs" is being premiered on Film4 on 8th December at 23.40.
 
I managed to find more legal Gundam from GundamInfo's YouTube channel that's available to the UK (note not all Gundam shows are UK viewable, like Gundam Unicorn).

I was just thinking that since this thread is a few years old, it might need a reboot. It's best to have all of the updated lists on the first page but without the main thread owner that's not going to happen (unless an admin/mod is able to handle it).
