MVM have posted four free preview clips of <strong><em>Gravitation </em></strong>online for your viewing pleasure. The synopsis is as follows:
"Japanese anime goes gay with a fantastic new series which follows the trials and tribulations of a young pop star who falls in love with another man. So, I've asked this before, but I'll ask again: Is it any good?

I'll probably be buying it anyway, because, well, I'm-a gettin' tired of the straights having all the fun in anime! :]

IIRC the OVA is the sort of crappy OVA you sometimes get after a series has finished and a company thinks it can make some more cash by churning out a few more episodes. Doesn't really add anything, but you get to see the characters again.

Like the Uta~Kata OVA, or the FMA movie...
 
It's goofy and over the top but fun to watch and with some good music. The main character really annoyed me but most of the others are ok. There are almost zero females in the entire series.

If you like it the manga carries on for quite a way after the anime ends (and now has a sequel manga too). But it's way more over the top that the anime version, which might make some peoples' heads explode. Also more sexual content, though nothing is ever seen.

The mangaka for Gravitation published some doujinshi of her own characters doing terribly explicit things to one another though which are still quite easy to find if you're into that kind of thing.

It's allegedly very good. Made to a top 10 animes somewhere, not really my kind of stuff, but my niece was reading the manga and enjoyed a lot.
 
One of the first manga's I ever bought and I saw the anime years ago.I used to love it.Now I cannot stand it.It is considered one of the best BL anime's though, so you'd have to make up your own mind about it.The soundtrack is brilliant though.I used to be obsessed with Iceman <3
 
Hmm, opinion seems pretty divided on this. Guess I'll just have to make my own mind up! :]

Looks pretty good, im needing something to just sit back and enjoy without having to think too much so this is right up my alley.

This was an awesome anime when it came out years ago, i hold this series very close to my heart and glad that it's finally getting it's release. The dub saddens me, but i suppose nothing can be done about that.
This is shounen-ai, so there's nothing more than suggestions and kissing - which is a-okay with me.
