So, I guess this is a thing. Avatars on the right, though, glad I didn't check the forums for a couple of days or my face might have exploded. Why would avatars ever be on the right?
It's actually pretty hype, looks generally better, presumably functionality has been upgraded as a result, too.
Spoilers with titles is great, might help people remember to always say what you're spoiling before people have to check the text.
edit: where are the stats for posts by month? I've probably missed them somewhere obvious, but it was interesting to see the ebb and flow of activity over a chunk of time.

Yep, I'm aware of these issues. Unfortunately, the plugin that allowed those things (HTML code) is dangerous for the website, so I'll have to come up with something new to embed youtube videos. I'm thinking something similar to facebook, where you can simply copy the YT Address and it embed the video automatically.ilmaestro said:

YT stuff has been implemented, but we haven't told you guys how to do it yet pending approval by the boss
The old topics with embedded YT links will just show embed code though for old videos unless they are manually changed; that's not a bug so much as a decision to change the way it's done to tighten things up.

I much prefer this new version to the previous one.
I have a request, if possible: can you change the way the post dates are displayed? Now it displays the whole date, I found more useful the previous version, where it wrote "today" and "yesterday" for recent posts (instead of weekday month day year). Thanks.

You do realise that anyone quoting your text will see how to do it for themselves. Not that it matters now that it's been implemented.

the You Tube code is just the last bit. As this is not really intuitive, I'll look into change this once the more urgent things are sorted.

Yeah, I should have probably worded my post better. I got the impression plugins were being looked into when they could have just been added.
