flcl manag a stroy board?

If you ask me I think.
The flcl manga volums are like the story
board for the anime series.Because the art is cheap
and everything.Does anybody else agree

The artwork in the manga is definitely different, but cheap? I don't think so, it's just drawn in a very unusual style.

As for the manga being a storyboard of the anime, I think it's pretty safe to assume that isn't the case. For starters, a lot of events that take place in the manga don't appear in the anime and vice versa. Secondly, the manga is an adaptation of the anime, and was released long after the anime had ended.

It would be a very loose storyboard as so much more happens in the anime. (I don't see a South Park reference in the manga for example)

It's the style and I like it because it's so different from a lot of other work out there.
