Editted my first post in support of the old school, since I'll be voting for any other Hayate characters that come through.
 
Right, i guess this could be called extremely tactical in voting, but i hate to choose here, but it's a draw so...

I like both vegeta and hayate...but i guess Vegeta just has the little bit of an edge, so he gets my vote.

As for the other two, i'll pass, it won't make a difference anyways.
 
This is what i meant by it looking like extreme tactical voting >.>

The winners this time round are, Vegeta after my vote split the tie(see?) and Kuchiki Byakuya.
