The author of the popular Fairy Tail manga has announced that the long-running story will end “in about 2 more volumes”. Volume 61 of the manga was released in Japan earlier in May along side the second Fairy Tail anime movie, Dragon Cry, and it’s now looking like author Hiro Mashima is planning to move onto a new story.
Meanwhile, the Fairy Tail anime is currently being released in the UK on DVD through Funimation (via Anime Limited). Earlier today, we posted our review of Part 14, whilst the Dragon Cry film is getting a number of UK screenings on the 17th of May courtesy of Anime Limited.
