Evangelion: R1 Art Box - Who wants it?

This isn't a sales thread because I'm basically giving it away for free. All I ask is that the person I send it to covers the postage.

I have two R1 art boxes. Both are near mint. I can't be bothered to sell one and get raped by both eBay and PayPal, and I'd rather just send it to a better home.

But, first, you must impress me. The task required is simple: type up a 10 paragraph essay, highlighting all the qualities I bring to this forum and how sad you'd be if I left.


...or, if you'd rather, you could just ask nicely and I'l send to whoever asks first. Just do me a favour - don't reqest it if you don't need. It needs love.

According to the Royal Mail site, for something weighing 444 grams it'd cost £1.63 for 2nd Class, £1.94 for 1st and £2.66 for recorded. Add 50p to any of those prices to cover PP fees and/or price errors and we have a deal.

Sounds like a great idea actually, this is the original (non-platinum) version right? I have all the UK singles without a box and I saw the box many years ago in America and thought how sexy it was.
 
No, it's the platinum box. It only holds 7 DVDs.

Since the R2 DVDs and R1 DVDs are practically identical, slipcovers and all, I thought it was worth offering it to people who've collected the series individually.
