Mania.com mentioned that the region A release of EotE: Movie 1 was getting a bonus extra called EotE: Air Communication. I don't recall any mention of the region B release getting it but it seems like we will be judging by this from play.com,

Eden Of The East Movie 1: King Of Eden Blu-ray also includes a very special bonus extra, the Eden Of The East: Air Communication feature length film edit of the original 11 episode EOTE TV series from 2009. Manga mentioned on Twitter the other week that there will be a Special Edition Blu-ray release of the King of Eden in the UK with the Air Communication disc included - not up for pre-order yet though. :)

Don't know about special editions, but the dvd & bd versions available for preorder on play.com say that the Air Communication film is included (the run time is listed as over 3 hours).
