Blastiose = epic-ness in a turtle.

Funny though, saying that reminds me of one Tec lesson in school. My mate Kev was arguing with my mate Dan, and Dan wound him up (they were arguing about pokemon). And kev shouted out loudly "Just face it Dan, just cause your not a true pokemon master!!"

it's pikachu period. The fact it's not a starter pokemon on the games is just a small detail... ;D

Squirtle was, by far, the best starting pokémon.

Squirtle was a water pokémon. The first gym leader had rock pokémon, and the best thing against rock pokémon is, yep that's right, water pokémon. Also, alot of the pokémon in the starting area, were very weak for water pokémon.

As for the Bulbarsaur, did you notice that every starter pokémon, except from Bulbarsaur had its own game, and had its picture on the front?

And, at the chaos, pikachu was a good pokémon, but WAAYYYYY over rated. Just because it was Ash's favorite pokémon, somehow it makes it so amazing?

So, I think the answer to:

Is, yes, there is. And its Squirtle.
