Dragon Quests 4-6 for DS coming to Europe

I haven't played a Dragon Quest game before but I'm definitely going to these games, I'm looking forward to trying out the series for the first time.
 
I got bored of RPGs on the DS very quickly. I wish they'd just make them in 2D - the DS can't do very good 3D, and as a result all the RPGs seem to have the same chubby characters and uninspired settings.

This is one of the reasons I'm looking forward to Sonic Chronicles - pretty 2D backgrounds.
 
Coming to Europe? I thought it was America only, eh, I am interested in them, never played DQ before and my friend is ordering me to get them.
 
If they're as ugly as Joker and FF III, they can stick them.

Seriously, Diamond and Pearl are way better looking that these "awesome 3D" games.

Now if only the Pokemon 'are just as good...'

As for DQ 4 - 6, might not buy them. I didn't enjoy DQ8 because I expect a huge story from an RPG. DQ8 on the other hand was too cliche for my liking and the characters was hatable imo (especially the voices. One of worst dubbing ever)

Same here, been a fan since Red got released ages ago :p (got my gameboy Colour at the same time funnily enough)

I almost failed to hand in coursework due to playing pearl. They are addicting on their first run through.
 
Yeah. Sadly though, i feel they are getting less inventive. Lets hope in the next games they put the DS's touch screen to more use :)
 
Okay guys we're going off topic here remember :p last word on pokemon though, a Wii gane would be excellent, and at this stage i would love to see a update on Pokemon Snap :wink:

On Topic: Somehow a compliation of the DQ games doesn't seem that strange to me, but after playing FF3 i may just stay away

And yes a GOOD pokemon wii game would be epic. Id buy it fo' sho'.

I never had Pokemon Snap sadly :(

Wouldn't put it past Nintendo to stop the freeloaders working, its in their rights (though i still say it should of been Region free from the start like the DS)

And smash bros is due out end of june
