The staff behind <em>Digimon Adventure tri</em>., one of the big Spring 2015 TV anime series, has finally revealed more details about the show and it turns out that it won’t be a spring 2015 title at all. In a teaser that played after the continuous stream of the original <em>Digimon Adventure</em> anime on online video service Niconico it was announced that <em>Digimon Adventure tri.</em> Is going to be a six-part film series and the first film <em>Saikai (Reunion)</em> will premiere on November 21st. This new show is being created for the Digimon Adventure 15th anniversary project and it looks like the kids in the original series have grown up and are now in high school. The seiyuu for the Digimon were already named but the kids were not. Here are the name of the human characters who were announced:
Natsuki Hanae as Taichi Yagami
Yoshimasa Hosoya as Yamato Ishida
Suzuko Mimori as Sora Takenouchi
Junya Ikeda as Jo Kido
Junya Enoki as Takeru Takaishi
MAO as Hikari Yagami
Mutsumi Tamura as Koshiro Izumi
Hitomi Yoshida as Mimi Tachikawa
