Stuart Claw is announcing the English cast for the show on his show, which can be listened to on the above page, it's just started at 8pm.

I'm getting interference and I can't listen properly, anyone else getting the same?

Viz's website trailer voices were not of the final cast. They weren't even done by Ocean actors.Auditions for Light was extremely comprehensive and apparently covered a huge range of emotions.Thus far, 12 episodes have been dubbed. Near and Mello have yet to be cast, and DVDs will contain Uncut Opening and Endings, just in case.
