UK Anime Distributor Crunchyroll/Funimation/Manga UK Discussion Thread

Help needed.

Kicking myself for not having pre-ordered the k-on set. Was gonna do it today on anime on line, but they're out of stock. In fact, all the usual suspects are. Does anyone know where I could buy it, considering delivery is in the EU?

Hmv has stock, but they don't ship outside the UK. I've checked ebay, but it's already sold at a premium and shipping is robbery, simply put. I think I'm out of luck 🤔
It's still on amazon

Thanks, I actually tried ordering from them, but they didn't let me change the delivery country, so I'm guessing it's uk only. I'm in Switzerland!

Indeed Amazon are doing their usual "currently unavailable" bs for people with non UK delivery addresses
Yeah, thought so... That sucks, but it's my fault for waiting this long, too. Damn. Thank you!

Looks like K-ON! is now out in the wild. UKA's Rob was able to provide some photos on his Twitter. The back info matches the extras I had predicted judging by the 9 disc count:

I was waiting for K-ON to become available on amazon UK to avoid extra processing charges for the VAT but I guess I'll place an order on the German branch just in case

Appreciate this. That packaging is a crime against humanity but as someone said in the comments for that chain, for that price the set has very good value.

Hoping Amazon DE manages to steal a few copies from its UK counterpart.

Now showing up on Amazon. Because the distributor has changed from Manga to Funimation, it has become rather messy to find these titles when searching:

Black Clover Season 3 Part 4 (Blu-ray & DVD) - 25th October
Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown (Blu-ray) - 25th October
Robotech: The Macross Saga (Blu-ray) - 18th October
Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar (Blu-ray) - 11th October
Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun (Blu-ray) - 4th October
Yu Yu Hakusho Season 2 (Blu-ray) - 4th October
