In case one does not want to use (or pay extra for) a VPN:
I have been using the Firefox Add-On "CR-Unblocker" quite a while to get the US content from CR.

The Github page has a little bit more info on how it works, though I must admit I don't really understand much.

Thanks didn't know this existed. I usually consume my anime on an Apple TV, and I know it should also be able to use VPN, but it has been ages ago since I last used this. Might check/enable it again to watch Ave Mujica.

Well, I do have VPN already, but since I live in the US I won't need to use it for something like this, but I certainly can if something similar happens in the reverse direction! I also wasn't aware of the Firefox plugin, good to know it's available.
