I'm not really an acting person, so no.

Me and my friends have juggled with the idea as all of us cosplaying as Haku (Spirited away) in dragon form, with all of us getting under the same costume, sorta like your traditional chinese dragon

Nah, not for the day. Imagine cosplaying as No-Face and trying to buy something from the stalls at the expo, staying silent while holding out lots of money to the guy to take (okay that might be fun...)

This is a weird one, presuming the question is "impossible to make authentically" (rather than merely replicate) someone like Crystal Bowie maybe?

In practice this just screams EFFORT, in theory I would be looking on something like GoLion.

Probably Leutenant Havoc from FMA (because i can just stand there most of the time not doing a great deal or daydreaming) Or maybe someone who wears a suit, because it'd be an easy cosplay lol

Probably, if it was me ad a mate mucking around but i wouldn't do it to gather a crowd or for people to take pics, it'd be a muck about with a friend thats all.
