Chatroulette is a website which pairs random strangers for webcam-based conversations. Visitors to the website randomly begin an online stranger chat (video and text) with another visitor. At any point, either user may leave the current chat and initiate another random connection.

There's some hilarious results from people if you search enough.

I also like that fact that a lot of celebrities are seemingly using it, or at least, appear to be cos they are mentioning it on Twitter - so like, you might end up talking to someone from some show you watch. For a minute or two anyway. Or you most likely will just see some people masturbating.

I believe the latter is the most likely thing to happen.... =D I've heard of this before, it's quite old I beleive, just not popular enough yet.
