Hi all,
I have been searching for a couple of years now for an anime that aired on UK childrens tv sometime in the 1990s that I remember watching after school. I remember it had autonomous robots, and humans driving robots. The hero had a collection of heads on his shelf that would talk to him. They fought battles constantly against a bald (?) villain, whose robots always seemed to say: "This is a restricted area, please show your ID."
The animation was hand-drawn but there seemed to be some CG trickery too, and the fight scenes often incorporated the same elements or shots repeated multiple times during the fight.
Not much to go on, I know, as I'm relying on my memory from primary school!
