My anime Collection has the following:-

Trigun, Getbackers, NGE, Gungrave, R.O.D., S-cry-d, excel saga and Hellsing.

I like comady and action (mostly samurai). Can someone help me on my next buy.
 
You haven't seen Cowboy Bebop yet? Get that next.

Also another one to try might be Samurai Champloo. I hated it but most people seem to love it.
 
I'd consider giving Bleach a try - it has bits of both Samurai and Comedy. I think it's only avaliable via fansub though, or is it out in Region 1 yet?

Indeed, it hasn't been licensed, but the (argubly) superior manga has been licensed, and is at Volume 10. Most likely Bleach's license is held or will be held by Viz, and will be revealed at some point in the future.
