I have it.

can you take a photo to see how it is please? :)

I also have it, casing wise it's the cheaper collection style case that we typically see a lot of over here :)

It's not a special/cardboard edition or anything like that.

If you have new stuff that you think its worth looking, just say. :)

I used to have the limited edition fake book version of Wolfs Rain. But I SOLD IT, I SOLD IT damn it.....that was the only cool anime set I had:{

Does anyone has a boxset from shura no toki? It never came to the uk so im thinking about buying the r1 but its too expensive for its age. :?

The show was great but the first episodes were the best ones.

Especially the old boxsets are expensive, because they are mostly out of print and have higher quality package design than the stuff you get nowadays. Shura no toki comes in a fatpack for $65, personally I won't consider this expensive the price is quite normal.

You can't expect, high quality collector editions for 30€, even a nice artbox release is rare these days at such a price.

Even if you want to pay more, most companies won't produce high quality collector editions today, because of low sales, especially MangaUK/MVM... etc. with their "cheap ass product"-strategy. MVM's chipboard thinpacks were really nice, if they hadn't dumped them down to simple dvd amaray cases, I'd still buy their stuff.

I understand your point and i might go for it since there's other way to get the show. Though i think i might get cheaper than that. :D

Can you show us what's in the Beck, Basilisk, Great Teacher Onizuka and Paranoia Agent sets please? :D

Here are the other two requests. Basilisk its my favortite boxset by far. The outside cover has a little textura as you can see in the second photo.

Gotta resize even more the photos next time, sorry about their size. Thoug you can see them better.

Yeah, it is, sorry I'd have posted pics but I completely missed the request for pics for this series, or I'd have posted some with Toradora!.

Relooking at my collection I also have (don't laugh), limited edition/non standard multi-dvd case boxset releases of Moonphase, Spice and Wolf S2, Negima! (original version) and Baka to Test.

Although they're long out of print, if anyone's curious about the Beez Haruhi Suzumiya Limited Editions, just gimme a shout and I can take some pics.

They're the pride of my collection =3

Same here, I would say thats the only anime I've got that would count as a LE collection.

The only thing I can count as limited is My Death Note DVD Volume 3, Which came with Ryuk Figure, not really limited edition by any standard, everything else I own is plain standard!

My Freedom and Royal Space Force: Wings of Honneamise BD boxsets probably fall in to line with this "limited" ideology.

Back in the day I have the Tenchi Muyo Ultimate OVA set, Tenchi Universe collection in artbox, Irresponsible Captain Tylor LE Boxes, Boogiepop Phantom LE set (Awesome) Cardcaptor Clow Book/Sakura Book sets and Black Lagoon Steelbooks.

Unemployment for 12 months though saw all of them sold to allow me to live!!

@britguy ain't life a bitch, altho death is a basterds too.

i bet it was a bitch to choose which series to sell in order to eat.

i would of brought card captor from you and tenchi universe

I didn't pick and choose, I just put everything up on ebay and died a little inside. I'm still left with odd volumes and some dregs that I could never shift, they're in storage about 50+ DVDs or so. Maybe i'll partake in that "free to a good home" thread

If you do feel free to give me a holler, as me and both my brothers watch different stuff, I'm always with my eye open for stuff any of us might look :D
