I found that in English here and it's actually not that bad. I prefer the Japanese version (because it's more over-the-top) but I think they done a good job with it!

I was going to say that, it has to be Fan Made. cheap microphone. They haven't even leveled out the original music with the recording.

The girl has appeared to do about five versions of it as well. I don't think the english release dubbed it.

And also, Did the Haruhi concert thing get dubbed?
